Government and NGO software in Sri Lanka
We build digital systems for District and Divisional Secretariats, provincial departments and NGOs in Sri Lanka. Our Office Management System for the Mullaitivu District Secretariat was named national 1st runner-up for Best Innovative Product in Government at the SLASSCOM National Ingenuity Awards 2025.
Request a proposalPublic offices in the Northern Province still run much of their work on paper files, registers and spreadsheets. Approvals wait on a signature, reports take days to compile and nobody can see where a file is. We replace that with systems built around how the office actually works, in Tamil and English, and we stay in Jaffna to train staff and support them after go-live.
Common challenges we solve
Paper files and slow approvals
Files move by hand between desks, so approvals stall and it is hard to tell who is holding what.
Reports that take days
Head office asks for figures and staff rebuild them from registers and spreadsheets every time.
Staff who work in Tamil
English-only software is not used, so the old paper process quietly continues alongside it.
Beneficiary records in many places
Programme data sits in separate lists, making duplicates, eligibility checks and audits difficult.
What we build for government & ngo
Office management systems
Digital file registry, file movement tracking, task assignment, approvals and dashboards for the head of office.
Beneficiary management systems
One register of beneficiaries across divisions, with eligibility rules, assistance history and programme reporting.
Public service and request tracking
Log requests from the public, route them to the right officer and report on turnaround times.
NGO programme and donor reporting
Track activities, beneficiaries and spending per project, and produce the reports donors ask for.

How we work
Requirements on site
We sit with the officers who will use the system and map the real process, including the exceptions.
Pilot
We roll out to one unit or division first, fix what the pilot shows, then extend.
Training in Tamil
Hands-on sessions for staff, plus short guides they can keep at their desks.
Handover and support
Documentation, admin training and an agreed support arrangement after go-live.

We agree a support arrangement before launch covering fixes, updates and further training. Being based in Jaffna, we can also visit offices in the Northern Province in person.
Ownership and handover of the source code are set out in the contract, so your organisation knows exactly what it receives at the end of the project.
